Season's Greetings

One Wish

However you celebrate this time of year I would like to share how I do. 

For me it's about reflection, this inevitably involves laughter but sadness too, it's about taking time to stop and tell those you love how much they mean, through words or gifts or both.

The world is turbulent, so much we don't control, so much we can't fix and make ok for everyone on this little planet, our home.

So at this time of year, I make one wish, and that's to learn from the past, wish peace for the future and control what I can which is to keep doing what I'm doing and change the face of mental health for our kids because they are the future.

My gift to you and our home is to keep driving to create a generation of young people with resilience to fight for our planet, empathy to share it and understand others rather than judge or fear them but mostly to trust themselves to be who they are and respect others. They will stop the past from repeating, and make the future one we can all thrive in.

My present to you is that I will keep going for all our kids
