Meet the Coach
Introducing Grainne Brown
Helping others has always been a deep passion of Grainne's, and her desire to make a difference in people's lives led her to train as an Ollie Coach.
As a mother of two children, one of whom is on the Autism Spectrum with ADHD and sensory challenges, she has first-hand experience of the unique difficulties families face. These personal challenges have shaped her understanding and compassion, giving her invaluable insights into what others are going through.
Over the past few years, she has worked closely with children in schools, specializing in supporting children and young adults with Special Educational Needs (SEN). This includes helping those who struggle with anxiety, social communication difficulties, challenging behaviour, and experiences of abuse.
By working together, she can provide the tools and support you need to empower yourself, regain control, and build a more fulfilling life. Whether you’ve experienced early childhood trauma or are grappling with other emotional challenges, her coaching is designed to help you understand the root cause of your feelings and move forward with confidence and resilience.
As an Ollie Coach, she uses the Ollie approach—a fun, holistic, and simple method that resonates with young children, teenagers, and young adults alike. It's her privilege to support people of all ages in finding their inner strength and creating positive change in their lives.
Her work is rooted in empathy, and what distinguishes her is her capacity to connect with your experiences. Having travelled that path herself, she truly understands your journey.
Grainne is based near Bedford. Let her help you on your own journey to empowerment and you can make your first step by contacting her g.brown@ollieandhissuperpowers.com
