Meet the Ollie Coach

Introducing Johanne Macdonald

The professional me – I’ve always had a passion for working with people and helping them thrive. I’ve over 25 years of experience in international leadership roles in corporate change and transformation. Through my work, I’ve lived in some great places and worked with all types of people. Through my experiences I’ve gained invaluable insights and skills that I now bring to my coaching practise.

Who I am – I know its corny, but I really do want to make a difference and believe that I can. I’ve had my own share of curve balls and I’ve explored different paths for mental and physical wellbeing, and I bring this mix of experience as well as the techniques, models and tools into my practise. I am generally a positive person, love my family and friends (and my dog).

I like yoga, travelling and learning, and yes I’m a middle aged woman who swims in the cold and proudly taken part in the Lamlash Splash (a swim from the Holy Isle to Arran).

My coaching – my coaching journey began in 2006 when I completed my first coaching certificate with the Coaching Academy. Since then, I’ve had the privilege of working with individuals in private one-on-one sessions, developed and delivered a coaching programme accredited by the Institute of Leadership and Management and collaborated with schools.

And together – I pride myself on being approachable, warm, and dedicated to support you or your child. Your well-being is my priority, and I’m here to provide you with the guidance and encouragement you need to navigate life’s obstacles with confidence and resilience.

Jo has therapy rooms in Glasgow and she also works with clients online.  To get in contact with Jo please email j.macdonald@ollieandhissuperpowers.com
