Highly Recommend

Another wonderful book by Alison Knowles, telling the story of Ollie and his Super Powers and how as he grows he can become a super coach to help others with their superpowers by also maintaining their own emotions to enable their journey.  With the guidance of Mr Willcox, Ollie and Mollie enter an adventure that will change their lives forever.

Love this book, appealing to many age groups, although I can see the teenager years and beyond the main catchment.  Learning that as you grow our emotions become more and more and can be moulded and changed just by what we think, feel and hear.

Dear Ali.
I had to write to you.
My son has been so badly bullied at school we were at our wits end with what to do to help him. A friend recommended your Ollie books and he loves them, but the latest one – oh my! He has created his magic circle , he now views the bullies so differently and even calls them Hunter Jacks! I don’t think you could possibly know what magic you are creating out here for all of us. Thank you seems inadequate, my son is so different and really does have super powers! He has your Ollie doll and is taking the books and doll into school as his teachers are keen to unleash the magic in your pages.
When is the next one out? We all want to know if Ollie finds his dad!

I love this latest book in the Ollie and His Super Powers series!
This teaches kids to use real magic to help them control their emotions. In this one they learn how to create their own magic circles to help them feel safe or brave or happy ... whatever they need.
And bullies beware because children will be standing side by side with their friends to defeat you!
Not only are the techniques brilliantly simple and effective, but it opens a way to have discussions with your children about their feelings, things that have happened in the past, and how we can all be better at helping ourselves and each other.
