Meet the Ollie Coach

Introducing Rosie Leigh

Hi, I’m Rosie!

I’m super excited to be working with Ollie and the gang!

After having my children and studying for my BSc in Psychology and MSc in Forensic Psychology I have worked in a variety of different settings. This includes forensic and community work relating to behaviour change through to the education and training sector. I have a background in trauma focused work, management, compassion focused training, working in custodial settings with substance misuse, behaviour change around unhealthy behaviours within relationships and highly sensitive people (children and adults).

I have also worked in education with those aged 16 and over, mentoring, empowering and supporting mental health and wellbeing.

In particular, I work with:

  • anxiety and worry
  • self-esteem and self-worth
  • phobias
  • coping with change
  • anger
  • confidence
  • adverse childhood experiences
  • gender identity
  • friendships
  • relationships and communication
  • transitions (for example from little to big school, big school to college, or even change of workplace!).

I have a proven track record of working with those wanting to make a change in their life, for whatever reason, with a focus on holistic wellbeing and self-care. I keep up to date trauma informed practice at the core of my work.

I am a compassionate practitioner with oodles of empathy, and a great sense of humour (or so I’m told!). I use my wealth of knowledge and gentle passion to walk alongside you and empower you to be your favourite version of yourself.

I look forward to meeting you!
